This is important day for the leading social media networking site the LinkedIn.com. LinkedIn started in the year 2003. The shareis priced at $45, giving the professional networking website a value of $4.25 billion ($ 425 crore).
Today, the company began trading at $83.00 per share, a 84 percent increase from $45 per share. That’s a $7.8 billion market cap. It’s now up to $90 per share, but is fluctuating. The offering of 7.84 million shares, is the biggest U.S. Internet IPO since Google.
